The course is especially applicable to workers in either supervisory or management roles or others seeing employment in those roles.

RIIWHS301E – Conduct safety and health investigations
RIICOM301E – Communicate information

The course is predominantly classroom based with some practical exercises. A heavy emphasis is on communication and safety in the resources sector.
